If an order is cancelled or purchased goods of inappropriate quality are returned, the paid amount will be refunded within five working days after the date of return of those goods. In the specified cases, the full amount of the goods, following the chosen payment method, is returned to the User, online or in cash, meanwhile partial refunds are not made. If the payment was made via Idram or Telcell systems, the User applies to these companies to get back the paid amount. If the User used the accumulated bonus during the payment, the used bonus is returned on the virtual "Bonus card", attached to the Mobile Application or the Website.
