How is it possible to get a refund in case of order cancellation or return?
If an order is cancelled or purchased goods of inappropriate quality are returned, the paid amount will be refunded within five working days after the date of return of those goods. In the specified cases, the partial or full amount of the goods, following the chosen payment method, is returned to the User, online. If the User used the accumulated bonus during the payment, the used bonus is returned on the virtual "Bonus card", attached to the Mobile Application or the Website.
