Terms of online purchases
Orders are accepted via www.grandcandy.am Website and Mobile application. The User selects the preferred product, adds it to the cart, and specifies the phone number, favorite store, date and time. The order can be placed preliminary, beginning from the day the order is registered till the 7-th day inclusive. If necessary, submits relevant comments, provides additional information regarding the order, chooses the preferred payment method, as well as the necessity to use the accumulated bonus.
Online purchases are possible for all goods sold in "Grand Candy" stores.
After placing the order, to buy new products or change any of the existing products, it is necessary to contact the employee of "Online Sales Department" to make the necessary changes.
The User has the opportunity to see the status of the new order on his/her personal page (for example, "Ongoing", "Accepted", "Cancelled", "Not paid" or "Delivered"), as well as to track the history of previous orders, their content, cost and date of pick up of the order.
When ordering via the Website or the Mobile application no limits on the order amount are applied, which means that in the case the User places an order of 100 AMD, or conditional 5 500 AMD, only the specified price of the given product will be charged.

Terms of payment
Payment for orders placed on the Website or the Mobile Application is made online. Online payments can be made using Telcell and Idram systems, as well as VISA and MasterCard international payment cards.
The prices of the products on the Website are final and include all taxes. Regardless of the payment method chosen by the User, the cash register receipt is obligatory provided to the User.
Return conditions
The User must check the appearance of the product upon picking up (receiving) the product. If a product of inappropriate quality is sold to the User, he/she must call the operator of the "Online Sales Department" and inform about the defects. In case of identifying defects, the User shall be entitled to return the product following the procedure established under RA legislation (if the storage conditions are not violated and the receipt is available). If the quality standards of the product are not met, the product will be replaced with a good-quality one or the amount paid will be returned to the User.
