Delivery terms

Orders are accepted via www.grandcandy.am Website and Mobile application. The User selects the preferred product, adds it to the cart, and specifies the phone number, delivery address, date and time. The order can be placed preliminary, beginning from the day the order is registered till the 7-th day inclusive. If necessary, submits relevant comments, provides additional information regarding the delivery, chooses the preferred payment method, as well as the necessity to use the accumulated bonus.

Online purchases with delivery are possible for all goods sold in "Grand Candy" stores, except ice-cream.

After placing the order, to buy new products or change any of the existing products, it is necessary to contact the employee of "Online Sales Department" to make the necessary changes.

The User has the opportunity to see the status of the new order on his/her personal page (for example, "Ongoing", "Accepted", "Cancelled", "Not paid", "Delivered" or "On delivery"), as well as to track the history of previous orders, their content, cost and date of delivery of the order.

When ordering via the Website and the Mobile application no limits on the order amount are applied, which means that in the case the User places an order of 100 AMD, or conditional 5,500 AMD, only the specified price of the given product and the delivery fee will be charged.

Delivery is carried out throughout the whole territory of Yerevan on average within 1 hour and 30 minutes after order confirmation. Order delivery hours are 11:30-19:30 every day. The delivery service price for any order is 1000 AMD. In case of refusal from the delivered product, the User will be charged the amount of the delivery service.

Attention

• Delay in delivery of the agreed time is possible only as a result of unforeseen events, in particular, traffic jams, accidents, and other similar artificial causes. In such cases, the User is informed as soon as possible about the change in the delivery time (notified by a phone call).
• To arrange the delivery properly and on time, please fill in all the fields carefully, in case of any questions, write through the website of grandcandy.am or call the operator of the "Online Sales Department" on the phone number 011 21 21 21 (to improve the quality of service, the call may be recorded).

Terms of payment

Payment for orders placed on the Website and in the Mobile Application is made in two ways: online and in cash. Online payments can be made using Telcell and Idram systems, as well as international VISA and MasterCard payment cards, and cash payments are made upon receiving the order, only in AMD.

The prices of the products on the Website are final and include all taxes. Regardless of the payment method chosen by the User, the cash register receipt is obligatory provided to the User.

Return conditions

The User must check the appearance of the product upon picking up (receiving) the product. If a product of inappropriate quality is sold to the User, he/she must call the operator of the "Online Sales Department" and inform about the defects. In case of identifying defects, the User shall be entitled to return the product following the procedure established under RA legislation (if the storage conditions are not violated and the receipt is available). If the quality standards of the product are not met, the product will be replaced with a good-quality one or the amount paid will be returned to the User.
