"Bonus Card" is a virtual card and is attached to the User's Mobile Application and  Website account. The "Bonus Card" is activated in the “Personal page” section when registering an individual account. Every time placing an online order, the User has the opportunity to accumulate a certain percentage of the total amount of the given order in his/her "Bonus Card". The accumulated 1 bonus is equivalent to 1 AMD. Bonuses can be accumulated only when making online purchases. You can see the accumulated bonuses on the personal page, in the right corner of the "Bonus Card". To use the "Bonus Card", "Grand Candy" company will send the User a PIN code via e-mail. It is necessary to save the PIN code because during the future purchases at "Grand Candy" stores, to use the bonus it will be necessary to dial the PIN code. The card’s monetary units can be used in the "Grand Candy" stores during any new order and in any amount, both partially and fully. By scanning the barcode of the virtual “Bonus Card” on her/his mobile phone with scanners installed in the stores, the User can both use bonuses or replenish the card with a change from the paid cash amount when making cash purchases in the stores. Accumulated monetary units have no expiration date and cannot be cashed out. Bonus points cannot be transferred to another User’s bonus card.
